A language programme starts with a conversation. Ana and Karlijn help you shape it: which employees, which level, which format and which budget. Ralf and Vladlena then take over the planning: they match the right trainer to your team and arrange location, schedule and materials. Virginia, from Learning & Development, monitors the content and progress of ongoing programmes. Anna Nienke, as general manager, has overall responsibility for delivery. You have one point of contact throughout.<\/p>\n
Our trainers are experienced language teachers, most of them native speakers, with work experience in the sectors they train in: financial services, legal, energy, government, construction and technology. They teach the language your employees actually need at work: meetings, presentations, negotiations, client contact and writing, in English, Dutch, German and other languages.<\/p>\n
For each programme we select a trainer based on the participants’ language, level and sector. Trainers work with Language Partners’ course materials and online learning environment, so every programme has the same structure and quality.
