At Language Partners, we design each training programme based on your organisation&#8217;s wishes and objectives \u2014 and we manage the entire process, from the first contact to the final evaluation. Individual training is available for all language levels and all functions \u2014 not just senior professionals. Group training is always set up on request, for example for a group of colleagues or an entire department. Together, we determine the format and content of the training, in line with your team&#8217;s learning requirements and objectives.<\/p>\n<h2>Duration and scheduling<\/h2>\n<p>The scheduling of your training programme is flexible and fully adapted to your organisation&#8217;s rhythm. We plan sessions at the day and time that works best for your team.<\/p>\n<h2>Blended or face-to-face<\/h2>\n<p>For each language course, you can choose between <a href=\"https:\/\/languagepartners.nl\/en\/training-forms\/\">blended learning<\/a> \u2014 combining weekly trainer sessions with independent practice on our online platform \u2014 or entirely face-to-face sessions with a trainer. Blended learning is our most chosen format, because the combination of trainer contact and independent online practice delivers the best and most lasting results. It also gives participants maximum flexibility in how and when they practise.<\/p>\n<h2>The process<\/h2>\n<h3>A fixed point of contact from start to evaluation<\/h3>\n<p>Within Language Partners, you have a fixed point of contact throughout the entire training process: a Client Manager (for organisations) or a Training Coordinator (for course participants). They manage the entire process and take the organisational burden off your hands \u2014 from the first contact to the final evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>For HR and L&amp;D professionals managing multiple participants or departments, this single point of contact is particularly valuable. Once you agree with this recommendation, we set out all agreements in a proposal. After approval, the training can begin.<\/p>\n<h3>Quality monitoring during the training<\/h3>\n<p>Quality matters to us. That is why we regularly check whether the training is meeting your expectations, so that we can make adjustments where necessary. Participants receive a short online evaluation questionnaire halfway through the training and again after completion.
