Our way of working<\/h1>\n

Customisation is our speciality. This means that we design\u00a0<\/span><\/span>each<\/span><\/span>\u00a0training course based on your wishes and personal or business objectives. We determine the training form, duration, location and content\u00a0<\/span><\/span>together<\/span><\/span>\u00a0with you.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Individual or in a group<\/h3>\n

We offer both individual and group training. Group training\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0always on request,\u00a0<\/span>e.g.\u00a0<\/span>for a group of colleagues or a department.\u00a0<\/span>With<\/span>\u00a0you, we then determine the form and content of the training, in line with your learning requirements and objectives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Duration and\u00a0scheduling<\/h3>\n

The\u00a0<\/span>schedulin<\/span>g of your training programme is flexible. <\/span>We will be happy to advise you<\/a> on a course\u00a0<\/span>or training <\/span>that\u00a0<\/span>meet<\/span>s your objectives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the virtual classroom, on location or in-company<\/h3>\n

You\u00a0<\/span>choose<\/span>\u00a0the location of the training.\u00a0<\/span>Prefer<\/span>\u00a0to have<\/span>\u00a0the lessons with the trainer online in the virtual classroom, at one of our locations or rather in-company? If you opt for online, the training sessions\u00a0<\/span>will\u00a0<\/span>take place in the virtual classroom on our\u00a0<\/span>online platform<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Online or face-to-face<\/h3>\n

For each language course you\u00a0<\/span>can choose<\/span>\u00a0whether or not\u00a0to use our online platform. If you opt for (partial<\/span>ly<\/span>) online learning, you\u00a0<\/span>will\u00a0<\/span>work at your own pace to improve your skills on our platform. We always combine this with training sessions\u00a0<\/span>with<\/span>\u00a0a trainer and\/or personal coaching. It is precisely th<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0combination of these different\u00a0<\/span>l<\/span>earning\u00a0<\/span>forms\u00a0<\/span>that ensures the best results. Are you\u00a0<\/span>taking<\/span>\u00a0a training course in English or Dutch as a second language? Then\u00a0<\/span>you\u2019ll be <\/span>learn<\/span>ing <\/span>online <\/span>using <\/span>our new training\u00a0<\/a><\/span>approach.<\/span><\/p>\n

The process<\/h2>\n

Relaxed from start to\u00a0evaluation<\/h3>\n

Within Language Partners, you have a fixed point of contact: a Client Manager (for clients) or a Training Coordinator (for course participants). They manage the entire process and take the organisation off your hands. From the first contact to the final evaluation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The intake procedure<\/h3>\n

Each training course is preceded by an intake. This consists of a\u00a0needs\u00a0<\/span>analysis<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>where<\/span>\u00a0we map out your wishes and goals, and a writing and speaking test to determine your language level.\u00a0<\/span>Based on this, w<\/span>e\u00a0<\/span>then\u00a0<\/span>design<\/span>\u00a0a training course that meets your needs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The advice<\/h3>\n

Based on<\/span>\u00a0the information from the intake phase, we\u00a0<\/span>offer you our<\/span>\u00a0training advice.\u00a0<\/span>A<\/span>gree with this advice? Then we will\u00a0<\/span>set down<\/span>\u00a0all the agreements made in a\u00a0<\/span>proposal<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>Once approved<\/span>, you can get started.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Evaluation during and after the training<\/h3>\n

Quality is important to us. That’s why we regularly check whether the training meets your expectations, so that we can\u00a0make adjustments\u00a0where necessary.\u00a0<\/span>Y<\/span>ou will receive a short online questionnaire\u00a0<\/span>h<\/span>alfway through and\u00a0<\/span>another\u00a0<\/span>after the training.\u00a0<\/span>If\u00a0<\/span>it\u00a0<\/span>is\u00a0<\/span>a group\u00a0<\/span>course,<\/span>\u00a0the client will receive all course participants\u2019\u00a0<\/span>evaluations<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After the training<\/h3>\n

Afterwards each student will receive a certificate of participation, if there is sufficient attendence. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And then?<\/h3>\n

After completion of the training, it is important to keep your language skills up to standard.<\/span>\u00a0If you have used the online platform, <\/span>the Refresher<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>will help you with this.<\/span> Moreover, we are always available for advice and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

A few months after the training, we will contact you again to check whether the training has produced the results you had in mind in daily practice.\u00a0<\/span>W<\/span>ant to continue learning or need a refresher?
