Introduction to working with specific cultures
Do you specifically work with people from one country, other than your own? In addition to our global mindset workshops and training, we offer country specific courses. For instance, your company is a Dutch subsidiary of a Japanese company, and therefore you work a lot with Japanese colleagues. Our Culture Wiki contains over 70+ country profiles with insights on culture; from China to Germany. Therefore, we offer this culture course specific for the country of your choosing.
Goal
Are there differences in national or cultural backgrounds that stand in the way of smooth collaboration and communication? The goal of this training is to solve these issues.You will learn to recognise differences in communication styles between you and your international colleagues. On top of that, you will learn to adjust your communication and presentation style to various cultural settings.
Training
Often, culturally diverse teams experience collaboration and communication challenges, which all lead to anger, frustration, misunderstanding, reduced productivity, and lower satisfaction. These country-specific workshops and training courses will help solve your intercultural collaboration and communication challenges. The training will be a combination of (virtual) classroom learning with online exercises.
Structure
Our courses are tailored to the field and work context of the participants. The platform we use also contains training materials such as e-learning exercises and cases. This training is possible for individuals and groups.
