Our Way of Working: In-Company Language Training from Intake to Evaluation
Customisation is our speciality. At Language Partners, we design each training programme based on your organisation’s wishes and objectives — and we manage the entire process, from the first contact to the final evaluation. You focus on your team; we take care of the rest.

Individual or in a group
Language Partners offers both individual training and group training. Individual training is available for all language levels and all functions — not just senior professionals. Group training is always set up on request, for example for a group of colleagues or an entire department. Together, we determine the format and content of the training, in line with your team’s learning requirements and objectives.
Duration and scheduling
The scheduling of your training programme is flexible and fully adapted to your organisation’s rhythm. We are happy to advise you on a training format and duration that meets your objectives. Get in touch to discuss the options.
At one of our locations or in-company
You choose where the training takes place. Sessions are held at one of our eight locations across the Netherlands — Amsterdam, Amersfoort, Breda, The Hague, Rotterdam, Zwolle, Nijmegen and Utrecht — or in-company at your office. We plan sessions at the day and time that works best for your team.
Blended or face-to-face
For each language course, you can choose between blended learning — combining weekly trainer sessions with independent practice on our online platform — or entirely face-to-face sessions with a trainer. Blended learning is our most chosen format, because the combination of trainer contact and independent online practice delivers the best and most lasting results. It also gives participants maximum flexibility in how and when they practise.
The process
A fixed point of contact from start to evaluation
Within Language Partners, you have a fixed point of contact throughout the entire training process: a Client Manager (for organisations) or a Training Coordinator (for course participants). They manage the entire process and take the organisational burden off your hands — from the first contact to the final evaluation.
For HR and L&D professionals managing multiple participants or departments, this single point of contact is particularly valuable. Research by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) shows that structured accountability and coordination significantly increase the effectiveness of corporate learning programmes.
The intake procedure
Every training programme starts with an intake. This consists of two parts: a needs analysis, where we map out the wishes and learning objectives of the participant and the organisation, and a writing and speaking test to determine the participant’s current language level. Based on the intake, we design a training programme that meets both the individual’s needs and your organisation’s goals.
The training recommendation
Based on the intake, we provide a personalised training recommendation — including format, content, duration, scheduling and location. Once you agree with this recommendation, we set out all agreements in a proposal. After approval, the training can begin.
Quality monitoring during the training
Quality matters to us. That is why we regularly check whether the training is meeting your expectations, so that we can make adjustments where necessary. Participants receive a short online evaluation questionnaire halfway through the training and again after completion. For group courses, the client receives all course participants’ evaluations.
After the training
After completing the training, each participant receives a certificate of participation — provided they have met the attendance requirements. Participants also gain access to a three-month post-course programme with additional learning materials to consolidate what they have learned.
Follow-up
A few months after the training, Language Partners follows up to check whether the training has produced the intended results in daily practice. If participants want to continue learning or need a refresher, a follow-up course can be arranged quickly. We are always available for advice and support.
