How language training works at Language Partners
Tailored language training at Language Partners means we do not start with a standard package. We start with your organisation: the sector, the employees, the goals and the schedule. Everything that follows is built around that.
1Introduction and training proposal
After your request, we get in touch within 1 working day. In a short conversation we map out what your organisation needs: which language, for how many employees, at what level and with what goal. Based on that, you receive a concrete training proposal within 2 working days, including an indication of costs and lead time.
2Intake per employee
Every participant starts with an online intake. We measure the language level against the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR, levels A0 to C2) and map out individual learning needs. That way the training matches who the employee is and what he or she needs in daily practice.
3Tailored training
Based on the intakes, we put together the final training programme. Together we choose the format that fits best: in-company at your office, at one of our locations, or a combination. The content is matched to the sector, the role and the learning goals of the participants.
All training combines live sessions with a trainer with access to a personal online learning platform. Employees practise during the training and keep access for months afterwards, so they can continue working on their language skills at their own pace.
4Progress and evaluation
Where there is reason to, we keep you as an HR professional informed of progress per employee. Every participant starts with a clear learning goal and a baseline measurement, so results are measurable. After the training, participants with sufficient attendance receive a certificate.
