Give your team something that still works after the holidays.
The end of the year brings room the rest of the year doesn't have, in calendars and often in the budget too. Use those weeks to send your people into the new year with more confidence in the language they need every day.
Request the Winter Crash CourseThe quietest weeks of the year are the best weeks to learn.
At the end of the year, projects wrap up, meetings drop off and everything else moves to January. For many employees, these are the only weeks with real time to work on their language.
There is often room in the budget too. If you approve the training this year, we also invoice it this year, so you can use your 2026 budget. And because our prices change in January, an approval in 2026 still gets the current rate.
Arrange the training now, and you start the new year with people who handle the client meeting, the proposal or the steering meeting with more confidence.
Fifteen hours of language training per employee. Ten hours one-on-one with a dedicated trainer via Teams, five hours of e-learning at their own pace. Spread over five weeks at most, or shorter for anyone who prefers to go intensive.
The course is available in English, German and Dutch. Online, individual and flexible enough to plan in the weeks before and after the holidays.
Language Partners has been doing this for over 50 years. Not with off-the-shelf programmes, but with trainers who work from the employee's own daily practice.
Personal, practical and just enough.
No classroom lessons and no fixed programme. Every employee works with their own trainer on the situations that actually come up in their work.
10 hours of personal training
One-on-one sessions via Teams with a certified trainer, focused on the conversations, texts and situations that come up every day.
Focus on activation
Not reaching a new language level, but finally using the language someone already has, fluently and with confidence. That is exactly what holds people back.
5 hours of e-learning
Flexible, online and at their own pace. The employee schedules it whenever it suits them.
You probably already know who this would help.
People who can already do a lot, and who want to show it from the first weeks of the new year.
The employee starting a new role in January
Takes on international responsibility in the new year and wants to come across convincingly from week one.
The team with an international project
Starts working with a foreign client or partner in the first quarter and wants to handle those conversations with more confidence.
The manager with German-speaking clients
Does good work in English, but notices the relationship only really opens up in German.
The international colleague
Has been working in the Netherlands for a while and wants to clear the last hurdle. Good Dutch opens doors, at work and beyond.

Which languages is the Winter Crash Course available in?
English, German and Dutch. For Dutch as a second language there is also a dedicated NT2 programme.
How much time does it take an employee?
About three hours a week, spread over five weeks at most. Anyone who prefers to go more intensive can finish in fewer weeks.
How does the online training work?
The sessions with the trainer take place via Teams and are scheduled individually. The employee does the e-learning independently, at their own pace.
What does the Winter Crash Course cost?
€1,399 per employee for 15 hours of training: 10 hours with a dedicated trainer and 5 hours of e-learning. If you approve the training in 2026, this rate applies.
Can the training still come out of this year's budget?
Yes. If you approve the training in 2026, we also invoice it in 2026. We then plan the training itself together.
Is this for beginners or advanced learners?
For employees who already have the basics and want more fluency and confidence. The goal is not to reach a new language level.
When should I book?
Before the end of the year. Then we can still invoice in 2026 and the current rate applies, as our prices change in January.
Curious what this could mean for your team?
Use the request form to tell us who, which language and when. We plan the sessions with you.
After a call, you usually receive a proposal within two working days.
